Drawing on more than three decades of experience as a practicing attorney, general counsel, and community builder, Seah created Koa Counsel in response to a persistent gap in the legal field: the lack of accessible, values-driven spaces where women can grow as leaders, receive authentic mentorship, and build meaningful professional relationships.
